90-day report in Thailand — filed on time, every time

Long-stay foreigners must report their address to Immigration every 90 days. We file online or in person, check your TM30 first and remind you before each due date.

What the 90-day report is

The 90-day report (form TM47) confirms your current address to Immigration. It does not extend your stay, but missing it can lead to fines and complications at your next extension. Most rejected reports trace back to a missing TM30 notification for the address.

Frequently asked questions

Who has to file a 90-day report?

Foreigners who stay in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days on a non-immigrant visa or an extension of stay must report their address every 90 days. Leaving Thailand resets the count.

When can I file?

Generally from 15 days before the due date up to 7 days after it. Filing later than that can lead to a fine at the official rate.

Can someone file for me?

Yes. An authorised agent can file in person with a signed form and copies of your passport. Online filing is also available, although the system is not always accepted for every case.

Why was my report rejected?

The most common reason is that no TM30 residence notification exists for your current address. We check TM30 first and fix it with your landlord if needed.

Does the 90-day report extend my visa?

No. It is only an address report. Your permission to stay is extended separately through a visa extension at Immigration.

How much does it cost?

Our service fee is quoted per case. Any late fine is paid at the official rate.
