We publish both, and we label them honestly. The office is where our team works and where notarial appointments happen. A meeting point is a public place where a courier hands your envelope over at a time you choose — convenient, but not a branch. Listing station exits as offices inflates a map profile and misleads customers, so we do not do it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to come to your office in person?
Almost never. Most jobs run entirely on scans: you send clear photographs or PDFs, we confirm the quote, and the certified file comes back by email with the hard copy couriered wherever you are. In-person attendance is only required where a signature must be witnessed live — notarial acts, some embassy declarations and certain powers of attorney.
What is the difference between an office and a meeting point?
An office is a registered place of business where staff work every day. A meeting point is simply a public place — a station concourse, a mall entrance, a hotel lobby — where a courier hands documents over at an agreed time. We publish both, clearly labelled, because pretending a station exit is a branch office misleads customers and breaches Google's location guidelines.
Can you collect documents from my home or hotel?
Yes, anywhere in Greater Bangkok on the same day, and nationwide next day by courier. Collection is arranged over LINE with a time window; the courier carries a receipt so you always have a record of what left your hands.
Do you cover provinces outside Bangkok?
Every province. Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Hat Yai and the rest run on courier collection plus digital delivery, with the same turnaround as Bangkok for anything that does not need a wet signature in front of a notary.
Which office handles legalisation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
All legalisation is filed by our Bangkok team, because the Department of Consular Affairs counter is in Bangkok regardless of where the document originated. Provincial customers never need to travel — the document is couriered to us, filed, collected and returned.
What are your opening hours?
The head office runs Monday to Friday, with Saturday by appointment. LINE is answered outside those hours for quotes and urgent bookings, and courier collection can be arranged for weekend pick-up when a Monday filing deadline is at risk.
Can I get documents delivered overseas?
Yes. Certified PDFs are accepted by most authorities and arrive the same day. Where a wet-ink original is required we ship by DHL Express or EMS with tracking, typically three business days to Australia, Europe and North America.
