What should I send in the first message?
A readable photo or scan of each document, the country and authority receiving it, and the deadline you are working to. Those three things are enough for us to name the correct route and quote it. Without the destination we can only guess, and guessing is what produces rejected documents.
Do you charge for the initial review?
No. Checking what you hold against what the receiving authority accepts is free, including telling you when you do not need us — some destinations accept a simple certified translation with no legalisation at all, and we will say so.
Can I speak to someone in English?
Yes. Case handling in English is routine here, and interpreters are available for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French and Arabic when a government appointment needs one in person.
Do I have to come to an office?
Rarely. Most cases run on scans plus a courier for originals. Where your physical presence is required — signing an affidavit, an amphoe appointment, an embassy interview — we book the slot and meet you there.
Where can I hand over documents in Bangkok?
We meet clients at agreed points around Bangkok along the BTS and MRT lines, and cover the provinces by courier. Tell us the station or district that suits you and we will confirm a time.
How fast can an urgent case move?
Translation and attorney certification can often be same day. Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation has an express lane measured in one working day and a standard lane measured in several. Embassy steps run on the embassy's own calendar and cannot be accelerated by any agent — anyone promising otherwise is selling you something they do not control.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday during Thai business hours, with messages outside those hours answered the next working morning. Government offices themselves are open Monday to Friday only, and public holidays shift every deadline.
