Everything a Thai document needs to be accepted abroad

Translation, notarial certification, ministry legalisation or apostille, embassy steps and the visa filing that depends on them — handled as one chain by one team, so no step is certified in a way the next step cannot use.

The chain only works in the right order

Most rejected files are not wrong in substance. They are wrong in sequence: a translation certified before anyone checked which certification the embassy recognises, a police clearance obtained six months too early and now outside its acceptance window, an apostille placed on a photocopy instead of the certified original. Sequencing is the service. We map the whole chain before the first baht is spent, obtain short-lived documents last, and keep one spelling of every name from the first page to the last.

Frequently asked questions

Why use one provider for the whole chain?

Because the steps are dependent. A translation certified the wrong way cannot be legalised, and a legalised document with an inconsistent name spelling fails at the embassy. When translation, notarisation and legalisation sit with three suppliers, nobody owns the failure and you pay for the rework.

Which service do I actually need?

Work backwards from the receiving authority. A Hague member destination usually needs an apostille on the original plus a translation to its standard. A non-member destination needs MFA legalisation and then its embassy in Bangkok. Australian immigration needs NAATI-certified translation and often no legalisation at all. Tell us the destination and we name the route.

Do you handle corporate as well as personal documents?

Yes. Company affidavits, DBD extracts, board resolutions, powers of attorney, audited accounts and trademark filings run through the same certification chain as personal certificates, with the added step that a signatory's authority usually has to be evidenced from the company register.

Can visas and documents be handled together?

That is the normal case. A retirement, marriage, work or long-term resident application is mostly a document file — the visa work and the legalisation work are the same project, and separating them is what causes a missing certification to surface at the counter.

How are urgent cases handled?

Translation and attorney certification can usually be same day. Ministry legalisation has an express lane of roughly one working day. Police clearance and embassy steps run on their own calendars and no agent can compress them, so an urgent plan works by starting the slow items first, not by paying more at the end.

Do you serve clients outside Bangkok?

Yes, nationwide by courier, with in-person meeting points across Bangkok along the BTS and MRT lines. Provincial cases that require an appearance — an amphoe registration, a provincial court filing — are attended by arrangement.

What does a quotation include?

Our professional fee and each government fee listed separately, plus courier and the realistic working-day range for each stage. Government fees are passed through at cost with the receipt.
