Retirement, marriage, business or tourist — we prepare the documents, translations and TM30 check so your extension of stay is filed right the first time.

An extension of stay is granted by Immigration on top of your visa or entry stamp. Each category has its own evidence — financial, family or employment — and local offices differ in what they ask for. Most delays come from a missing TM30, an untranslated foreign document or a bank letter in the wrong format.

Many offices accept applications up to 30 days before your permission to stay ends. Practice varies by office, so we confirm the timing with your local office.

Usually yes. Foreign marriage or birth certificates and income letters often need certified Thai translation and legalisation. We handle this in-house.
You are typically given a short period to leave Thailand. We review the reason, correct the file and advise on the best next step before your stay runs out.
Our service fee is quoted per case. The government fee is paid at the official rate.
One team handles the full chain — translation, notarisation, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation — so your document is accepted the first time.
Send a photo or scan and our staff will confirm the exact steps, supporting documents and realistic turnaround under the receiving authority's current rules.
Send your passport pages and visa type on LINE @NAATI. We reply with the exact documents your office expects.
