Read the refusal notice first: Schengen states must give written reasons and an appeal route under the Visa Code, while a US refusal under INA s.214(b) has no appeal but can be re-filed. Then fix the stated cause — unclear finances, unevidenced host relationship, incomplete translations — and rebuild a consistent set. Re-filing the same pack usually produces the same result.
